How to request the removal of your personal data.

1. Deleting Your Account

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your SEO Writer account and associated data at any time.

2. What Will Be Deleted

  • Firebase Auth Profile: Your Google authentication linkage.
  • Firestore Data: Your user document, subscription history, and trial records stored in our backend.
  • Note: Your editor drafts and API keys are stored in your browser's local storage. You can delete these immediately by clearing your browser data.

3. Exceptions

We may be legally required to retain transaction histories associated with Razorpay and Stripe for accounting and tax compliance purposes. This financial data cannot be instantly wiped.

4. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed manually within 7-14 business days.

5. Request Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, email us from the Google account tied to your profile at aniketbankar800@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
