1. Eligibility

We provide a 3-day free trial so users can fully evaluate SEO Writer before purchasing. Because of this evaluation period, subscription payments are generally considered non-refundable.

2. Non-refundable Payments

Monthly subscription renewals are strictly non-refundable once processed. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

3. Exceptions

  • Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a system error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
  • Failed Transactions: If your account is debited but the subscription fails to activate, the payment will be reversed automatically or manually upon request.
  • Technical Issues: If a persistent technical issue prevents you from using the service and our support cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Refund Timeline and Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
