SEO Writer is an AI-powered SEO content writing tool that allows users to generate and optimize articles, exporting them to Markdown format.

3. Eligibility and Account Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old to form a binding contract.
  • You must log in securely via Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. AI Usage Rules

You agree to use the AI capabilities responsibly. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy, legality, and originality of AI-generated content before publication.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spam generation, creating malware, or violating intellectual property rights.

6. Subscription, Trial, and Payment Terms

We offer a 3-day free trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using premium features. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay or Stripe. Please refer to our Subscription Policy for complete billing details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BNK Services. You retain ownership of the content you generate using our tool.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs. In no event shall BNK Services be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
